Shipping Fees and Delivery Area
Thank you for shopping at Fællesklubben Danfoss Drives DK.
We offer international shipping services to the following countries and regions:
Spain, Portugal, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania, Austria, Italy, Croatia, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, and Germany.
All prices displayed on our website include applicable taxes. Customers are not required to pay any additional taxes at checkout unless otherwise required by local customs regulations.
Delivery Time
Order Processing Time: 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Estimated Shipping Time: 5–8 business days.
Estimated Total Delivery Time: 5–13 business days.
Shipping Method: UPS / FedEx
Shipping Fee: Free
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Courier Delivery and Tracking
We use trusted courier services, including UPS and FedEx, to ensure your order arrives safely and efficiently.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Tracking information is usually available within 24 hours after shipment, although it may take up to 72 hours during holidays or promotional periods.

Order Cancellation and Modifications

After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
If a package is refused or returned to us, it will be handled according to our Refund Policy. Any applicable shipping costs may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees imposed by your country's customs authorities.
